When submitting a support request, please be as specific as possible, describing your issue in detail. Make sure to provide info on your system (hardware, platform/OS (+ version)) and your host software (DAW). If possible, some info on the project (size/complexity, no. of tracks etc.) would be great.
This will help us a lot in reproducing a potential problem and work out a solution.
